Founder of Woodland Edibles. It all started with a few big questions about food, community and the future.
Our story
Where the questions came from.
How can we build a strong local food system that truly supports our community? How can we make growing your own food feel simple, rewarding and accessible to everyone? And most importantly, how can we empower people to shape the future they want to see?
Those questions sparked our mission, and they still guide everything we do.

My journey into sustainable land stewardship began nearly a decade ago, deep in the jungles of Belize. I used to look at trees as a resource, beautiful wood for building furniture. In that jungle I saw something much deeper: a living, interconnected system where every part has a purpose and balance is key. For maybe the first time I felt like part of that system, not separate from it.
That realization set me on a new path grounded in curiosity, respect for nature's intelligence, and a commitment to work with the land, not against it.
